California inspired yogurt gelato, designed in France and made in Italy.

It was in 2013 that a French woman, a Californian at heart, passionate and visionary, had the idea of founding the California Bliss brand, now developed by the Blueriver Groupe company. The challenge? Reinventing the frozen yogurt to make it a high-end product.

The concept: recipes inspired by the Californian lifestyle, French gastronomy and Italian manufacturing.

In 2024, the brand decided to focus on mass retail, distributors, hotels and restaurants as well as brand licenses.
