It was in 2013 that a French woman, a Californian at heart, passionate and visionary, had the idea of founding the California Bliss brand, now developed by the Blueriver Groupe company. The challenge? Reinventing the frozen yogurt to make it a high-end product.

The bet was made and it was in the south of France, and after numerous training courses with great master ice cream , gelato makers, that the premium yogurt gelato was created. Over the years, California Bliss would become THE French specialist in high-end yogurt gelato.

From the outset, innovation was the order of the day: the premium yogurt gelato, with their creamy flavors, their low fat , gluten-free content and their 25 flavors (classic, vanilla, mango or even raspberry rose lychee, avocado, salted caramel) established themselves on the market, as did a new premium frozen dessert, the "acai bowl" - an Amazonian berry with antioxidant superpowers. The craze was immediate and, in the Provençal workshop, the production of new recipes was at its peak. This was followed by the opening of stores, collaborations with hotels, restaurants, beach clubs and, in 2022, yogurt ice creams with various flavors (classic,vanilla, mango) and our famous frozen desserts, such as the acai bowl, take pride of place in the fresh food sections of the facades of large retailers. Expansion and new European and international horizons oblige, after four years of research, it is in Italy, in the Venetian province, that the partner for premium artisanal manufacturing stands out. Equipped with HACCP certification (food safety management systems) and highlighting short supply chains from a range of carefully selected premium suppliers, the 40 years of experience of this manufacturer today testify to the expansion of the brand.
